Electrical panel replacement for a real estate sale. We combined two panel in to one. Added a grounding system took a little work. We mover the panel over a few inches, and had to put everything in to junction boxes. We only moved the panel over because with the new one being bigger the holes…

Sign repair and bulb replacement. The seal on the Merlins sign was deteriorated, and was letting water run in to the fixture. We made a new seal and painted it also replacing the bulbs and ballast!!
